Is there really no speed and data limit?

Our pocket wifi device for Switzerland has absolutely no speed and data restrictions. You can use as much 4G/LTE high speed data as you like.

Where’s the pickup point at the Zurich Airport?

If you have ordered the pocket wifi device onlone, you can pick it up at the Zurich Airport service ceter. When passing the customs, just follow the “Service Center” signs. It’s a 3 minutes walk from both arrival areas. The Service Center is open daily from 6.00 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. A detailed pickup description comes with your booking confirmation email.

How do I return my Wifio device?

The Wifio box comes with a prepaid return label. Just drop the box at any Swiss Post office or rental location, or into any Swiss Post mailbox (they’re all yellow).

How much data is included?

Wifio offers unlimited data around the world.
Unlimited high speed data (4G/LTE) in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
2GB high speed data per day within the European Union and 500MB high speed per day in the rest of the world. Exceeding data will be unlimited at reduced speed of 256kbps until the next calendar day

Does Wifio come with international coverage?

Wifio offers two different products. A device for SWITZERLAND and a GLOBAL one, which covers more than 100 countries.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our agents at the Zurich Airport Service Center keep always an eye on the flight traffic. In case of a delay, our agents will wait for you. Just make sure to go immediately to the pickup point upon arrival.

Can I book more than one Wifio device?

Yes. In the booking flow you can select how many devices you want.

Is my place in Switzerland covered?

Over 99% of Switzerland is covered with our mobile network partner. So even up in the mountains you have super fast Internet!

How do I go online with the pocket Wifi device?

Just push the power button until both indicator lights flash up. Then enter the received password on your mobile devices to connect to the secure Wifio network. You only need this password once. After this, the device connects automatically when you turn it on.

What is a pocket Wifi device?

A pocket Wifi is a small, portable Wifi router that fits in your bag or even in your pocket. The device turns a cellular connection into your personal Wifi network. Just imagine your Wifi router at home in your pocket to which your laptop, tablet and any other mobile device connect wirelessly.
